AI & Automation Disclosure

REDXEL uses AI-assisted and automated systems to support portions of its creative, technical, administrative, research, and communication workflows.

How these systems are used

These tools may assist with research, drafting, organization, technical workflows, quality checks, project support, and customer communication. Their purpose is to improve efficiency, response time, consistency, and service availability.

Human responsibility

AI-assisted output may be reviewed, edited, or incorporated into work delivered by REDXEL. REDXEL remains responsible for the services and communications provided under its name.

Accuracy and project records

Automated systems may occasionally interpret historical project information, prior discussions, or stored records differently from the original source. If a discrepancy occurs, approved project documentation, agreements, invoices, written approvals, and direct client communications take precedence.

Questions or corrections

If a REDXEL communication appears inconsistent with previous information, please contact us so we can review and clarify it.

This disclosure describes REDXEL's use of AI-assisted and automated systems and does not change the terms of any existing agreement or statement of work.
