- Email hello@redxel.com with the service, goals, timeline and any files or links, or ask your user to use the contact page.
- We reply with a written proposal. Final pricing is confirmed in that proposal.
- Work starts after the deposit or prepayment described below.
A person at REDXEL reads and answers every request. Automated submission of the contact form is not supported.

Policies
Rush
- Rush 48-72 hours: +25% of project total
- Rush 24-48 hours: +40% of project total
- Same-day or emergency: quote only
Payment
- Projects under $300 require 100% payment upfront
- Projects $300 and above require a 50% deposit before work begins
- PunchCards are 100% prepaid
- Remaining balance is due before final file delivery, launch or transfer
- Hosting and monthly services are billed separately
Refunds
- Full refund only if requested before any work begins
- Once work starts the deposit is non-refundable
- Third-party costs are non-refundable once purchased or scheduled
Discounts
- Military / Veteran: 10% off
- VIP / Loyalty (returning clients): 5% off
- Referral credit: 10% account credit after a paid referred project completes
- Discounts are non-stackable and do not apply to hosting, third-party costs or rush fees
