Policy Notes

Rush Fees

  • Standard timeline is included in base pricing.
  • Rush 48-72 hours: +25% of project total.
  • Rush 24-48 hours: +40% of project total.
  • Same-day / emergency: Quote Only.

Deposits & Payment

  • Projects under $300 require 100% payment upfront.
  • Projects $300 and above require a 50% deposit before work begins.
  • Remaining balance is due before final file delivery, launch, or transfer.
  • Hosting and monthly services are billed separately.

Refunds

  • Full refund is available only if requested before any work begins.
  • Once work starts, the deposit is non-refundable.
  • Third-party costs are non-refundable once purchased or scheduled.

Discounts

  • Military / Veteran: 10% off.
  • VIP / Loyalty (returning clients): 5% off.
  • Referral credit: 10% account credit after a paid referred project completes.
  • Discounts are non-stackable and do not apply to hosting, third-party costs, or rush fees.
